These terms govern your use of the Gritfile app and website. By creating an account you agree to them.
Gritfile is a journal for logging work frustrations, with AI features that generate analyses, weekly reports, and business-idea suggestions from what you write. The service is provided as-is and evolves over time; features may change.
You're responsible for your credentials and for what you store in your journal. You must be at least 13 years old. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service (including attempts to misuse the AI features or attack the infrastructure).
Analyses, reports, and ideas are generated by an AI model from your entries. They are suggestions for reflection — not professional, legal, financial, or investment advice, and not a guarantee that any idea is viable, original, or safe to pursue. Verify before you build or spend. You are responsible for decisions you make based on them.
Your entries are yours. You grant us the limited license needed to store and process them to run the service (including sending entry text to our AI provider when you invoke AI features), as described in the Privacy Policy. Ideas generated from your entries are yours to use freely.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You can stop using Gritfile and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
